Read the few previous messages. Here’s one cure that YZ can take for flu and any symptoms associated w the throat.

Go buy Manuka honey w +25 HPF. ( Must have HPF ! at least +25 ). Take it every morning. however please use only plastic spoon. Metal spoon in contact w manuka honey will make the honey toxic! Next go get the Oreganol Oil from “VitaKids” from basement of Forum Galleria, singapore.

Just mix 1 drop of the oil together w 1 teaspoon of manuka honey take it neat when ther’s phelgm, flu, or anything w throat infection. I make both husband and son (3 yrs old ) take it when they have real bad throat illness.
